Refund policy

365-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Dorsawell offers a 365-day satisfaction guarantee on Dorsawell One. You have 365 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return if you are not satisfied with the product.

How to request a return

Email Hello@dorsawell.com with your order number and a short description of the issue. If your return is approved, we will provide the return address and instructions. Please do not send a return before contacting us, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return conditions

The product and its included accessories should be returned in reasonable condition. Normal use during the trial period is accepted. Products that are missing major components or have been damaged through misuse, neglect, unauthorized modification, or improper handling may not qualify for a full refund.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact Hello@dorsawell.com as soon as possible and include clear photos or video so we can make it right. When the issue is our responsibility, we will cover the approved replacement or return shipping cost.

Return shipping

Unless an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable; standard shipping is currently provided free of charge.

Cancellations

To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. Orders can be cancelled before fulfillment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it must follow the return process above.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact Hello@dorsawell.com.

European Union cooling-off period

If an order is delivered within the European Union, you may have a legal right to cancel or return it within 14 days without giving a reason. This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country.
