Shipping Policy

Free shipping

Dorsawell provides free standard shipping on all orders to the United States and supported international destinations. No standard shipping charge is added at checkout.

Processing times

Orders are prepared and processed within 1–3 business days. Processing time is separate from delivery time. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

United States delivery

After processing, delivery to addresses in the United States typically takes 7–10 business days.

Worldwide delivery

After processing, delivery to supported destinations outside the United States typically takes 7–15 business days.

Delivery estimates

All delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees. Carrier disruptions, severe weather, customs reviews, public holidays, or unusually high order volume can cause delays outside our control.

Tracking

When your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to begin showing movement.

Address accuracy

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. Contact Hello@dorsawell.com as soon as possible if a correction is needed. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change or redirect it.

International duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges. These charges are determined by the destination country and, unless otherwise required by law, are the customer’s responsibility.

Missing or damaged deliveries

If your tracking shows a delivery problem, or your parcel arrives damaged, email Hello@dorsawell.com with your order number and any helpful photos. We will work with the carrier and help determine the appropriate next step.
